How we work together.

Agreement

These terms govern work between you (the client) and Elite Automations, operated by Hamid Amjad. By paying a deposit or signing a statement of work, you accept these terms.

Services

We provide custom website design and development, AI voice and chat agents, automation systems, and software development. The specific scope, timeline, and cost are agreed in writing before work begins.

Deposits

Any deposit required to reserve a build slot is agreed in your written quote. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, but will be refunded in full if we cannot meet the agreed scope or timeline through no fault of the client.

The deposit is deducted from the final invoice. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed work or according to the milestone schedule in the statement of work.

Ongoing care

Ongoing care for Starter, Growth and Premium, as agreed in your written quote, is billed monthly and covers hosting, updates, security, and support. Care is optional but recommended to keep systems running reliably. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Either party can cancel ongoing care with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. After cancellation, we will assist with handover or migration for up to 14 days at no extra charge.

Changes and scope

Reasonable changes to requirements during the build are included. Significant changes that affect timeline or cost will be agreed in writing before proceeding. We aim to be flexible, but major pivots may require a new scope.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, content, branding materials, and feedback. Delays in providing these may affect the delivery timeline. You confirm you have the right to use any materials you provide to us.

Ownership and licensing

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (websites, custom software, written content) created specifically for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party tools and services (Stripe, ElevenLabs, Make, etc.) remain subject to their own terms. We may reuse general approaches, frameworks, and components across projects.

Warranties and liability

We provide work to a professional standard and will fix genuine defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Beyond that, fixes are covered under ongoing care or quoted separately.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or personal injury.

Data and confidentiality

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your confidential information with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service (e.g., hosting providers) or as required by law.

Termination

Either party can terminate a project if the other materially breaches these terms and fails to remedy within 14 days of written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to termination.

Disputes

We'll always try to resolve any issues directly and quickly. If that doesn't work, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes only apply to new work agreed after the update. Existing projects continue under the terms that were in place when you paid your deposit.
