    We agree the scope and next steps with you. Ongoing care starts once the system is live.

Scoping, build and handover happen over calls and shared documents, so it works the same in Salford or Southampton.

Strategy calls go through Cal. WhatsApp and the live voice agent are on every page. Enquiries by email get a reply within one business day — WhatsApp is quicker if you need us now.
