Who we are
Elite Automations is a UK AI automation agency operated by Hamid Amjad. Contact: hamid@eliteautomations.co.uk, WhatsApp 07347 507295.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or plan builder, we receive the name, business, email, phone, website, industry, and brief you choose to send. WhatsApp and voice conversations (via ElevenLabs) are held in those services under their own terms. If you use the Ask Elite text assistant, your messages are processed through a language model API (OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI) to provide responses. If you pay a deposit or care subscription, Stripe processes and stores your payment details. Enquiries may be logged to Notion for internal record-keeping. Emails are sent via Resend.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a scope, take payment, and deliver the work you ask for. Cal.com handles booking data for strategy calls. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting project, then removed or archived securely. You can ask us to delete a note that is no longer required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Write to hamid@eliteautomations.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
