AI receptionist for dental practices
New-patient calls, answered after six.
An AI receptionist on your practice number. It answers in the practice's name, books check-ups and hygiene appointments from your diary, and sends anything clinical — pain, swelling, trauma — straight to your team.

Ring the practice at 18:42.
Pick what the patient says. Every answer below is the kind of thing we'd set up for a practice — and the pain call goes to a person, not a script.

For dentists & clinics
What it handles for the practice.
New patients
Takes the details, asks whether it's routine or something's bothering them, and books the new-patient exam.
Recalls and hygiene
Moves an appointment in one call, after checking who's calling, and frees the old slot.
Cancellations
A freed slot can be offered to your waiting list by text, first to reply gets it.
The questions reception answers all day
Opening hours, parking, NHS or private, what a treatment involves — from your approved answers.
Where the line is
What it will never do.
- It never gives clinical advice or decides how urgent something is.
- Pain, swelling or trauma is flagged to your team, with 999 and NHS 111 advice where it applies.
- It only asks what's needed to book — medical history stays in your forms, not the call.
How it fits your practice software
If your practice management system has an API or supported integration, bookings go straight into it. If not, the receptionist books into a calendar your reception team works from, and we tell you which before you commit.

Questions people ask
Straight answers.
Can it tell NHS and private patients apart?
Yes, if you want it to. It asks the question you'd ask, follows your rules for each, and never promises NHS availability you haven't confirmed.
What about dental emergencies out of hours?
It doesn't triage. It takes the details, flags the call to whoever you've chosen, and gives the caller the out-of-hours advice you approve — including NHS 111, and 999 for swelling that affects breathing or swallowing.
Is patient information handled safely?
It collects only what's needed to book or pass on a message, and records go into your systems under UK GDPR. We walk through data handling with you before go-live.
Will it work alongside our reception team?
That's the usual set-up: it answers when reception is busy, at lunch and after hours, and everything it books appears where your team already looks.
