How it works

From missed call to booked appointment.

One after-hours call to a dental practice, beat by beat. Your sector, your diary and your rules change the details — not the shape.

Book a 30-min call

One call, start to finish

Scroll, and the call plays.

Everything on the right is the kind of thing Elite does on a real line: the transcript, the record, the diary, the text, the hand-off, the morning summary.

  1. 01 Fri 18:42:07

The phone rings. Reception shut at six.

A new patient rings the practice on a Friday evening. Without Elite, this is where it ends: voicemail, and a patient who rings the next practice on the list.

  2. 02 Fri 18:42:10

Elite answers, in your practice's name.

Plain, friendly English, set up with your services, prices and hours. No menus, no “press 1”, no robot voice reading a script.

  3. 03 Fri 18:42:48

It asks what a good receptionist would.

New or existing patient? What for? How soon? The answers are written into a record while the call is still going.

  4. 04 Fri 18:43:31

It checks your real diary and offers times.

Only slots that are genuinely free, from the calendar you already use. Sarah takes Thursday at 11:00.

  5. 05 Fri 18:43:55

Booked, and confirmed by text before she hangs up.

The slot is held, the confirmation is on her phone, and the reminder is already scheduled.

  6. 06 Fri 18:44:02

Anything sensitive goes to a person.

She mentioned a sensitive tooth. Elite doesn't give clinical advice — it flags the call so someone can ring her back first thing. You decide these rules.

  7. 07 Sat 08:00

You start the day with a summary, not a voicemail.

What came in overnight, what got booked, and who needs a call back — on WhatsApp or email, before you've unlocked the door.

When a person takes over

Routine calls run on their own. The rest come to you.

You decide where the line is. These are the kind of rules practices and firms set — change any of them.

  • If The caller mentions pain, injury or an emergencythen Elite will Flag it and text the on-call person straight away
  • If They ask for advice — clinical, legal or financialthen Elite will Take the details and book a call with a qualified person
  • If They're upset or making a complaintthen Elite will Apologise, take the details, and pass it to you first thing
  • If They ask for a personthen Elite will Offer a call-back time, or put them through if someone's free
  • If Anything it isn't sure aboutthen Elite will Say so and hand over, rather than guess

Working with us

Five steps, and the first two are free.

  1. Day 1

    A 30-minute call

We learn the team, the calls you get and the tools you already use — and where enquiries currently go missing.

  2. Within a week

    A free working mockup

Your own enquiry flow, working, so you can hear and see it before you pay for anything. No charge.

  3. Before any build

    Fixed scope, in writing

What we'll build, by when and for how much. If we're not the right fit, we say so.

  4. 5–10 working days

We agree the scope with you before reserving the build. It's live in 5–10 working days once we have your materials.
